Packing in the Moving Industry

Hello Readers,
This blog is to help explain the variables between professional packing & self-packing. There are pluses to both choices. On one hand, self-packing definitely does save you money and time with doing it yourself. The down-side is that moving companies, and their insurance will not cover the claim if any damage occurs during the move with boxes that were not packed through the company. One main reason is that the art of 'packing' is actually not as simple as some people would think or like for it to be. There is a proper way of packing and an improper way of packing. When choosing professional packing, yes, it does cost more money than if you were to do it yourself. The plus side to professional packing is that you are guaranteed that everything from china, to dishes, pots & pans, books, etc. will be packed properly in the boxes so that damages become irrelevant. Also professional packers are alot faster than most people would expect to be humanly possible, especially the women packers. Also, if....and I stress the 'if' part, if anything were to become damaged, it then would be covered by the company and insurance for the move. Thanks again, to all of our loyal customers for reading.
